I don't know what it is about moving. It is by far the hardest thing I've ever had to do. I'm nervous and a little scared and I absolutely hate that I suck at Goodbye's. I just wish we could all be in the same exact place again. Everyone that I love and don't want to leave. We should all just be in one great place and that place shouldn't be York, PA. I love my family and it is incredibly hard to leave you guys but I will be back before you ever realized I was gone. For Christmas and maybe even just random weekend's! This is not goodbye and I will see you soon! From PA to FL I go!

I was sitting around in between taking boxes down to the basement for my big move back to Florida and an old childhood memory made it's way back into my head so here it is!I had to have been in elementary and my sister Kelly in High School at the time. It was her birthday and we went for a ride somewhere, most likely just to Winn-Dixie! In the car with us was an inflated balloon she probably just got from my parents and without remembrance of how or why, I accidentally let that helium pumped balloon escape from the car and fly away. Kelly was furious and I can't remember today how it happened or if it was my intention or a complete accident, who knows, I was a youngin'! I'm pretty sure we didn't go straight home and I had to listen to my mom and sister complain the entire time but once we finally head home I looked outside the car window only to see the balloon, the same exact balloon, lying in the middle of our street right before we pulled up to our house! How crazy is that!? It's like a dog that knows it's way home!I'm stoked that moment came back to me!!Have an amazing Saturday!

It’s nice to see the both the positive and constructive comments about the new social initiative from Best Buy, Twelpforce. There are definitely some kinks to work out in the system, but it offers an entirely new way for Best Buy to offer customers support and to help them find the best solutions for their technology questions. It offers an amazing amount of new transparency to BBY that we never had before. It’s important for companies as a whole to embrace social networks as it’s the next evolution to word of mouth type business. I think I’ve found my dream job. I work on creative, new things every day. I like the people I work with. I love going into work every day. Guess I really lucked out this time. No business owners trying to stab each other. No random, crazy small business own hoopla. There are definite bonuses for working for Best Buy. Listening to thesixtyone, and reading Quartz Composer development blogs. All is quiet.

Thursday morning I left Minneapolis for the move to Seattle.   Overall it was a great trip- lots of time to think,, some good podcasts, and a little time to relax. On Thurs- I drove to Billings- about 12 hours.  By far the most boring part of the trip.  North Dakota and Eastern Montana is insanely mundane- [...]
