Geek Squad is available in-store and in-home 24/7/365, and we're now expediting PC repair in the U.S. at a one-of-a-kind facility called Geek Squad City in Louisville, Ky. We're also reaching beyond North America to help others in need of support for their stuff, today dispatching agents to house calls in London and from our Best Buy stores in Shanghai, China.
Simply put, just selling cool stuff isn't good enough anymore. We're promising more to our customers, and Geek is one way we fulfill that promise.
