So, what if a retailer, with millions of customers and thousands of employees talking to each other every day, trading stories that include the fact that milk gets spilled on portable DVD players, decided to turn that dynamic around? For example, consumer electronics manufacturers don't usually factor in the fact that milk might get spilled on portable DVD players. But milk DOES get spilled on portable DVD players.
